Delhi State SGF

The Indian Scout and Guide Fellowship, Delhi State – District North East, organized a meaningful World Earth Day celebration at Hargovind Public School. Held under the leadership of District In-charge and Principal Mr. Atul Kumar Singh, and in the presence of School Chairman Mr. C.B. Singh, the event engaged Scouts and Guides in a mission to combat climate change.The day’s activities were divided into three impactful segments: a Tree Plantation drive where students planted native saplings to boost local biodiversity, a Creative Awareness session involving drawing and poster-making to highlight environmental themes, and a concluding Formal Pledge. Through this oath, the participants committed to reducing waste, conserving natural resources, and leading a sustainable lifestyle, reinforcing the Fellowship’s dedication to environmental stewardship.

Maharashtra State SGF

Under the leadership of the Indian Scout and Guide Fellowship (Indian SGF), the Maharashtra State SGF celebrated World Earth Day 2026 with a series of impactful initiatives across various guilds and schools. Rooted in the belief that “small steps make big changes,” the program engaged school students in hands-on environmental stewardship, including extensive tree plantation drives and educational awareness talks. Participants worked together to plant native saplings and discussed practical solutions for climate action, bridging the gap between awareness and practice. The event concluded with a collective pledge to adopt sustainable lifestyles, reduce waste, and protect natural resources, showcasing the unified commitment of the Maharashtra State SGF to nurturing a greener future through fellowship and service.

Punjab State SGF

The Macauliffe Guild Samrala (Punjab State SGF) celebrated World Earth Day 2026 under the theme “Our Power, Our Planet,” focusing on the vital connection between energy conservation and environmental health. The event featured an educational showcase where students demonstrated the impact of small daily actions, such as switching off unused electronics and transitioning to renewable energy, which can reduce household bills by up to 50%. Beyond the classroom, the program included a hands-on plantation drive and a creative poster exhibition highlighting the “3 Rs” (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle). The day concluded with a student-led skit and a formal pledge, where participants committed to protecting the Earth by conserving resources and reducing pollution, reinforcing the Fellowship’s belief that individual responsibility is the key to a sustainable future.

Karnataka State SGF

Ballari District: On 06th November 2024, District Treasurer Vijayalakshmi, in association with Health Department Asha workers, conducted an awareness programme for Pregnent ladies in Sirigeri village, as part of Community service activity one of the SDG No.2 Good health and well being.

Telangana State SGF

Bhadradri Kothagudem District: On 7th November 2024, on the occasion of BSG 75th Foundation Day Program, 25 kgs Rice, Vegetables, Fruits, provisions, and Cash were distributed to the Disabled Family, LD, Palli. Logani Sreenivas, District Secretary, Mohammad Khasim, District Joint Secretary M.Jyothi Rani, khalyani, Dr.Venkat, Srilatha, and other members participated.

Kerala State SGF

Kodanad Guild: On 07th November 2024, National Cancer Awareness Daywas observed under the guidance of Ms.Riya Varghese and Ms. Remani P.S. The event aimed to educate and sensitize participants about cancer prevention and early detection. Engaging discussions and study activities were conducted for students of Baselius Augen Public School, focusing on risk factors, symptoms, and treatment options. Experts shared insights on lifestyle modifications and screening methods for combating cancer.

Rajasthan State SGF

Shobhawato ki Dhani Guild: On 04th November 2024, the regular Food kit distribution program to needy pariwar/ Widows was organised at Anslem school. 10 pariwar benefited. M.S.Khan, Ansariji, Limbaji, Amitji, Ohmji, Bansilalji, Dr.R.Singhviji, Senior Scoutians. Amit Gaur contributed for the program.
